Resolved Question: Abondond Vehicle laws in Washington State East Jefferson county.?

Reacentally within the last 6 months we had a neighber who had a property seizure and jail time "Long story" So before the seizure he pushed a bunch of his cars off the property so nobody can get to them not tow trucks or wenches. They are on county land now and I was wondering if it would be alloted to part out or recover any vehicles especially sence the areas been abondond for 6 months due to a reacent safety issue with landslides for that a resale wasnt alloted so it still remanes abondond. SO the million dollor question is there any law protecting the vehicles on county land or are they still deemed untouchable. The state I live in is Washington State in Jefferson County. The nicest thing is IF I could get a link to the proper RCW concerning a issue like this. My reason is that 1# I want to part out one of the cars possably there unless its in driving condition in which case jut move it out of the property. 2# The cars have been "Leagaly concidard abondond by the state" but Iam unclear about that law.
